Keir Reynolds

Vancouver-based strategic investor and consultant, Keir Reynolds has more than a decade of experience in venture capital and business building. He is the CEO of Mezzi Holdings, a luxury handbag and accessories brand that integrates smart technology and new fashion into each of its products. Keir is also a visionary behind Nearable Technology and Duke Capital Inc, a boutique capital markets advisory firm, assisting companies with their RTO and IPO transactions. He is passionate to work with talented and zealous entrepreneurs backing them with capital so they can transform their dreams into reality. 

Education and working experience

Born on December 14, 1979, in Creston, British Columbia, Keir received a diploma from the University of the Fraser Valley. After diploma, he joins the Investment Funds Institute of Canada to pursue Mutual Fund Course. Later, Reynolds enrolled for Canadian Securities Course at Canadian Securities  Institute. Formerly, he was the co-founder and director of LX Ventures (Nov 2012 – Feb 2014), a company providing strategic capital and other resources to support accomplished entrepreneurs.
